I had rose hip jam once before and found this one on Amazon. It’s so yummy and has a fruit taste, even though it’s a flower (similar with hibiscus). Rose hips are really healthy for you. I enjoy with on my toast in the morning

Really difficult to find something great like this in the US. I can assure its authenticity, this is a delicious “kuşburnu”!

Delicious! For those of us in the U.S. not used to seeing this on shelves at the market, it seems foreign to make jam out of roses. Out of curiosity, I ordered some. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste. It has the texture closest to Apple Butter, but with no chunks in it at all. It's taste is unique in that it's tangy and sweet all at the same time....kinda reminiscent of the "sweet and sour" sauce packets that you'd get with Chinese food takeout. I tried it with peanut butter on bread, and though it made a mess because it was oozing, it was so so savory. I will try other brands now that I know I like it. From what I understand, there are many styles of rose jams, so I'm excited to see what it brings to my taste buds. P.S. try it with crepes...oh my, it's good!
