I purchased this mainly as costuming for a play I was in. It was great for the late 30’s style, but I wear it a lot even after the show ended. Very durable, and thick. Good for fall or winter dress. It would be a bit toasty in the summer. Fit was great, and a little longer which I need for my long torso. Good deep pockets.

An awesome vest and fits well! I ordered a large and it was true to size! The stitching is good and the quality is good!

The buttons look like nice wooden buttons in the photo, but don't be deceived - they are cheap plastic buttons that ruin the look of the vest. The fabric itself looked nice enough, but I returned the vest because of the ugly buttons.

Quality would be improved by a higher wool content. A bit small for it's size and barely works out for a very rectangular woman's body.

The fabric is sturdy, pockets are generous, it's warm, classic and well exceeded expectations.I would definitely buy this again.
