No, our Spalding Varsity Outdoor basketballs are manufactured at our facilities overseas.

Is this supposed to deflate after a few days? I am on my second one because the first one went flat but this does the same thing.

I had the same thing happen. On my second ball, and it won't hold air for more than a day, just like the first. Just returning to Amazon, and looking for an alternative product.
