I purchased this to keep medications cool during international air travel flights, some of which are longer than 15 hours. Works great and is nice and slender. No issues with TSA, either - as long as the cooling block is frozen solid when it is taken through security.

Excellent size for carryon for plane trip. Keeps insulin cold for 48 hours, I traveled from southern USA to Germany. With the frozen insert it worked perfectly. It is TSA approved but when they screened me they would have taken it but I had taped to the outer side of the bottle my prescription. Went through with no problem.

The Nomad travel case cooler is excellent! I used it on a recent trip for my eye drops that needed to be refrigerated. No issues with TSA at the airports. One night in a hotel the refrigerator did not have a freezer, so I put the gelpack in the ice bucket, filled it with ice and put it in the refrigerator on the coldest setting. The gel pack was totally frozen in the morning and kept everything cold until the following evening (and could have gone much longer). I'm very impressed with the quality and durability of this. When I returned from the trip, I purchased the Rambler to use on a daily basis, and am beyond pleased with how it works, as well. This is a great product from a great company.

This is advertised as TSA approved but be aware that it will require extended screening when going through a TSA security checkpoint. The agent doing the extended screening on mine told me that the unit like mine was the one they prefer. Mine has the plain cap, no digital temp display. He said they really don’t like those as the electronics along with the cooling gel give the agents pause, ie looks a lot like an explosive device. The plain version isn’t a problem for them. For my purpose this worked great. West to east coast flight, it kept things nice and cool. On the way home I put it in my checked luggage to avoid having to re-freeze it and the extra screening. Also note that if the cooking cylinder is t frozen, the TSA will flag it and might take the cylinder.

Seems very well made and sturdy. I enjoy the carrying bag and the size/weight is fine for my needs. Using it to store my zepbound vials when I need to travel to warm climates, I only wish they had something more tailored to vials because I have to wrap mine in bubble wrap since they’re small 3ml vials just so they don’t risk being damaged tumbling around inside. I think a solution for that issue would be a welcome addition to their great line of products. Love the upgrade of the thermometer. The only complaint I have so far is the color on the listing and the color I received in person are a bit off. It’s advertised as a magenta deeper pink color but you receive more of a bubble gum pink, I may have decided on a different color had I known it would be this off.

My husband recently started to use an injectable to control his diabetes. He saw this and it appears that it will work perfectly. It is the size of an insulated water bottle, so it is not bulky at all. It looks like an insulated water bottle, with a removable part to put in the freezer. It is a great value for the money. He has not had to use it yet, so hoping it works as well as we expect. Highly recommend.

Was a bit skeptical about this given that nothing has worked for me previously but thought given the good reviews I would give it a chance, it’s not cheap but it absolutely exceeded my expectations and is worth every cent! I was able to fit 2 full size insulin pens & 9 small vials. This kept my insulin cold for over 24 hours I kid you not! For example from 8:30pm flying overseas I arrived at my destination 7:30pm the next day, and couldn’t wait to see if my insulin was still cold and it was! I was so shocked. So light and easy to use. Place the block in the freezer and leave out for 5 minutes before putting into the bottle with insulin. After travelling with diabetes for 8 years now this has been an absolute game changed. Popped in the freezer at all hotels and it worked a treat. Cool insulin & no issues with customs what more could I want? Thank you for creating this product I really wish I knew about this earlier. 10000/10. 💗
