I like using this product -- with a wood stove I used to use newspapers -- made a lot of ashes and sometimes didn't even catch the wood on fire. With this product you light once and it burns right away. I can't live without them now.

I bought these on a camping trip but couldn't find them when we got back home. So happy I found them on Amazon. These are the best fire starters I have ever used. I also light our charcoal grill without using any lighter fluid! Just light the red end and let it do its job.

With these I don't need as much sticks and/or paper to get a good fire going

Works as promised

Place two sticks under your coals and light them. They start very quickly. Very easy. We don’t even use liquid fire starter!

Built-in “match” and striker on box is cleaver but it doesn’t last the 12 minutes as advertised, also burns weakly and falls through the kindling and needs readjusting to get fire going. I found a better product that is ring-shaped, burns really strong, nearly eliminates the need for kindling, and made in USA. (Fire Myte Fire Starters by Easy Heat Company)

I like these so much better than lighter fluid, easy to use no smell and very safe
