What are the interior measurements?

About 12 1/2 by 12 1/2 when you take out the chunk in the very front because of the way it is constructed. Most of the area is at least 13 1/2 by 13 1/2. I bought them to store 12/ 12 scrapbook paper and my paper fits in there nicely.
