How small of a pole diameter will it hold

How wide of a tree trunk will it fit? In other words, what’s the diameter of the part where the trunk slides in?

Does the stamps have the hole in the bottom for the tree pole? I have the older artificial that has a pointed end for the stand.

We're in socal. would this work for an outdoor 10' tree on artificial grass? last year the tree kept falling over in wind that was not that heavy.
