Easy to make recipes to support physical activity
I really like the colorful images in this cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow, and the author includes a lot of tips for planning ahead so cooking (and eating) are easier when it is time. The meals are high quality and nutrient-rich, and contain ingredients you likely already have in your kitchen.The sports nutrition information at the beginning of the book is great for people with no previous sports nutrition knowledge.There are three, two-week meal plans and each two week plan varies based off your activity level. I wish there weren't so many "leftover" dinners. One week has the same dinner for 4 nights in a row, so there are only two dinner ideas for the entire week. This would not work in my family with kids because leftovers don't last that long, I don't like eating leftovers more than two days in a row, and we prefer variety in our meals. I wish each weekly dinner different, and leave the leftover option up to the cookbook buyer.

Made me understand the importance of being organic
I didn’t realize that organic food could taste so good. It increased my energy levels, and I eat less at each meal but feel fool. Highly recommend.

Few pictures
I find it difficult to cook a new recipe when there aren’t Pictures with each recipe so I haven’t tried any. I am disappointed with it.

A dream come true!
As a runner and busy mom of 4, this Cookbook is EXACTLY what I needed! Not only does it give us amazing recipes, it shares information about MACROS as well as weekly plans with meal prep and shopping lists!

Not worth it
The instructions are incomplete or are missing steps. Plus the ingredient lists for the recipes are super long. Overall not a good cookbook.
