Benefit WearAdaptive Full Length Side Zipper Shorts

Unfortunately my 11y.o son was hit by a car and fortunately enough it was only his leg/foot that was injured. Due to the fact he had a vac attached to his foot and had to go through 7 surgeries-- I wanted to make it easy for him to be able to get dressed & undress, specifically to make him feel as independent as possible while going through his recovery. I searched everywhere and I happened to stumble across "Benefit Wear (Adaptive Clothing)". These were exactly what I was looking for! They are a bit pricey but understandably so considering the convenience. The only issue I have with this line is that it only accommodate ADULTS. As a suggestion-- please start making children sizes as well. I can't even begin to tell you how many parents of adolescent children going through such surgeries, would REALLY appreciate it. This company is already ahead of the game by creating such items. I purchased a couple in a "Mens SMALL" and just took them in a bit to adjust them to my son's size, and he loves them!

The material is rather thin and the zipper is delicate. The idea, however, is great for people where you can't pull up their pants, but you rather roll them into these and then zip them up. The product would be better with thicker material and a more sturdy zipper.

Material is thin and order these shorts at least 2 sizes larger from what you need. Not happy at all!

Great for easy access

Side zippered shorts much easier to put on my bed/chair bound husband. Shorts are well made and good quality fabric was used. Shorts were delivered before promised.
