Q: What is the country of manufacture, is the cotton Chinese?

I returned them because they were the wrong size.

Q: different brands comes In different sizes I have bout 3 ringer shirt 1 that fits perfect and the other 2 more snug does anyone know the size chart ?

Yes mine all fit but one. It was dark blue trimmed in gold so i took a chance and bought another one the same color and it fit. Send it back if it doesn't fit. This is the price we pay for sending so much of our manufacturing out of the US.
