Can finally go out with some confidence
Best so for my acne and allergies! Caution: it's a long review On the month of July due to high pollen my face experienced a bad breakout and while I was going through this problem I also experienced an allergic reaction to some specific food (which was a surprise since I never had that issue, is suspect that since I had covid it messed up my immune system) and with that reaction my breakout became so bad that I stopped hanging out with friends, the pimples on my face were always swelled up with pus and my whole face was red due to the breakout, horrible scarring, I could not even wear a mask because it made it worse, non of my skin serums(niacinamide, vit C ,hyaluronic) or acids(glycolic, salicylic, azelic you name it) non of it worked. I gave up, I remember calling my parents and crying about how much I hate how I looked that time, I was depressed because of this issue. That's when I came across the led light, I was hesitant at first, but then since I tried everything(serums, peel, acids, creams) why not try this too, I can say I'm pretty happy with my decision, cause it worked. I have upload the picture of my progress, remember that led is not the only thing that helped, I also used joeseof sulfur soap which also contributed to my healing process, I stopped all other skin treatment except for hyaluronic and vit c serum plus ample sunscreen. For led I mainly used the blue light for acne, and yellow for smoothing and green for allergies (10 minutes each in the evening) on weekends I would also do it in that morning I would do all colors on auto mode for 30 minutes. 1st pic is the one before I started the treatment 2nd pic is the first day i used led mask that is on 6th August 3rd pic is one month result of the treatment that is 6th September I admit, that I was not consistent on some days due to long working hours in the hospital and was too tired to put on the mask, it would have been great if it was wireless. But the improvement so far has been pretty good and I'm satisfied, all I need to do now is focus on my scarring for which I'm applying glycolic acid and chemical peel once every two weeks + the serums I mentioned above. I will update on the progress on the 6th of next month. I hope this review helped!

Buy this!_ It works!
This is AMAZING! I have only been using this mask for 1 week and I’m seeing improvement right now. My face was looking dull and I have skin care products but they weren’t making my skin shine or my forehead wrinkles get better. My forehead was developing deep wrinkles and my skin was saggy. Freaking out, I’m 44 years old and my husband is against Botox so I read all reviews on this mask praying for it to be true with all the enticing reviews, so I made the purchase. This mask actually works! I’m mad I didn’t buy this sooner and there is even a button to raise the brightness of the lights which address certain skin issues. My face is firming and I have shine to my skin again!!!

Working great so far!
UPDATED December 2024: Well, over two years later, and I'm still using this light mask! I scaled back use to about twice a week, with 10 min each of red, blue, and green, then 15 min of cycling through the lights. I use this lying down and have a pillow under my chin on which I can rest the bottom edge of the mask. There are definitely long term results and benefits so far. I noticed that it really helps combat deep cystic pimples, if it feels like I have an explosion waiting to happen. I usually do an extra day or two on the rare occasions in the last couple years when I've noticed that issue. Generally, the mask is just SO easy to use. I'm no doctor, but I think it is worth trying for acne and discoloration. For me, it was worth the investment! * Original review August 2022: This light mask has been working very well so far. Not a miracle worker, but I have noticed in the 4-6 weeks of use that my skin feels smoother and looks less red, with fewer breakouts. I docked 1 star not for the product but because it was an open box that I did NOT buy as an open box. The seal was broken on the box I received, but the mask looked unused. Nevertheless, I didn't buy it as an open box, so I wasn't expecting one (especially for the ~$150 price I paid!). I would give this a try if you have redness and are prone to breakouts. It helped after my first couple of days using it, and it seems like it will continue to do so in the long run. My regime: M, W, F = 15 min blue, 15 min cycle through all lights T, Th, one or two of the weekend days = 10 min red, 10 min green, 10 min cycle through all lights

Honest Review With Helpful Tips If Purchased!
First, I love this NewKey LED mask. I purchased it based on the high star rating but was hesitant because many reviews spoke about the heaviness of this mask as well as the discomfort on the bridge of the nose. When I received mine, I put the mask on my face and couldn’t agree more that it caused discomfort on the bridge of my nose where eye glasses connect / sit on your nose. I immediately realized that it was the rubber eye inserts that come on the mask that was causing this. Luckily another reviewer (thanks whoever you are) mentioned taking the rubber eye pieces out/off the mask - so I did (otherwise I’d be returning it). Wow! What an immediate difference! The mask just sat of my face and there was zero discomfort. I don’t find the heaviness of the mask to be that bad. I attached a pic of how I hold the bottom of the mask which relieves any weight whatsoever. What I do is place my nose in the nose slot first, then resting the mask directly to my forehead meaning my forehead and nose are in direct contact with the plastic mask/shield. The mask isn’t made of rubber and therefore it won’t conform to your face on all parts. The application I use gets the biggest bang for your buck in terms of getting your skin/face as close to the mask as possible. The closer your face is to the mask the better the LED’s do their job. If you do research, every inch that your face is from the mask, it’s power declines by a certain percent. In terms of the quality of the mask, the wavelength amounts for each color are excellent, as they have to be in a certain and specific range for them to do what they say they will do. I currently own the NuFace LED attachment which is a red light and I use it to target specific areas bc it lays in direct contact with the skin. I also have the DPL II a (also sold on Amazon) which I love but it only has blue, red, and infrared lights. If you picture opening a book, having 2 pages on each side that’s what this is like. I lay it flat on my stomach as red led light is known to reduce fat cells (yes it works). I love all 3 LED lights I have as they all serve different purposes but this product is worth every penny and is very effective at what it does. Give it a try but don’t bother with tissues, foam inserts, etc if you find the eye pieces uncomfortable! Simply take them out and you are totally good to go - highly recommend this product!

Disappointed but Hopeful - Only 4 of the 7 colors work out of the box
Tuesday - 9/13/22 - Right out of the box, only 4 colors work - Red, Blue, Light Blue and Green. The last three do not work at all. I have tried all sequences, flashing not flashing etc. I have unplugged, waited, plugged it back in, etc. Since I purchased this for acne and the blue is working, I tried it for kicks for 30 minutes on blue with the sensitivity set to 5. I have to agree with some of the other posts. The built in goggles have made my vision blurry and that area seems heavier than the rest. My eyes and forehead are hurting a little afterwards. It's not bad but feels "overly strained," like you have been squinting way way too long and I also have a mild headache from it. I will say based on the pictures in some of the reviews this device seems to work so I am going to give it the old "Beauty is painful" shot. I'm willing to have a mild headache if this works. I have fever blister like acne that has broken out for several months. I am 45. I have been in this awful cycle where it breaks out I have to cover it with makeup to go out and then you guessed it, it breaks out more because of makeup. I want some days to crawl up and hide. I currently have like 8 to 10 zits in a cluster on my chin and a few other large cystic acne spots on my checks. I have always had this problem and redness. They swell up like zits and nothing but clear fluid ever comes out. Scratch your face on the pillow in your sleep and the skin peels off and oozes again. I will try anything. A headache is not a concern, a least for now. I did keep my eyes open and laid flat on the bed reading my phone so I would suggest to just take a nap instead and keep your eyes closed. I also had my contacts in and realized that might have not been a good idea (dumber move). I forgot I had them in so I will try it next without them. After 30 minutes no pain or sensations other than the pressure from my eyes. No tingling or burning. My face is mildly red after treatment. I can definitely see the light brought blood flow to the area for sure. Blood flow and circulation promote healing so we will see. I will update progress in a few days and attach before and after pictures after 5 treatments unless something else happens.

Not all LED masks are equal
I researched masks for a while before landing on this one because 1. They are expensive and 2. There’s a lot of data to try to understand how they work. I chose this mask because the wavelengths seems to compare most similarly to higher priced brands, so I assumed I would be getting the bang for my buck. Ultimately, I returned this mask and will be splurging on the Omnilux instead which has more features I’m looking for and a great warranty. Pros: Affordable option. It stays plugged in to operate, so you don’t need to wait for it to charge. Easy to wipe down after use. Remote is easy to use and understand. Top strap keeps mask from sliding down the face. Eye cushions keep eyes away from lights if you’re sensitive. On highest intensity, it never felt warm. Cons: Relatively heavy on the face, even just lying down. To get it closer to the skin, the mask pinched a bit when I tightened the straps, which was uncomfortable. Based on this, I think I would have preferred a flexible material mask offered by pricier brands. I don’t like having to charge devices, so I thought a wired mask would be okay; however, it would be nice to have the option to walk around and do housework while wearing. The biggest con for me was the eye cushions, which feel like you’re wearing rubber goggles. While this blocks your eyes from the light, the cushion also prevents lights for targeting crows feet, which end up being covered. I also wanted the red light to be visible for stress and relaxation benefits, but you cannot see any of the lights while it’s on. For some, this could be a pro if you want a dark experience. Also, the eye cushions left indentations on my face when I was finished. The remote is easy to use, but you have to manually adjust the light color, intensity, and duration each time you switch colors instead of having a program that switches from red to blue for you or combines colors into one treatment. Not a big deal, but a little time consuming. Would be very difficult to travel with. Hope this helps!

Functional. Durable. Works.
Bought this for my lady. After two years of daily use and occasional travel, the only visible wear and tear are the tension straps. Very good design. Also, it really works! My wife's friends are very impressed- and they're a tough bunch.
