The product works well to take before sleep. Helped me sleep and decreased my leg cramps.Im on my second container. Flavor is not horrible and easy to drink.

I hate the flavor so much, but I found a cool little hack with it. If you mix the cherry magnesium with lemon tea with honey and sugar it tastes pretty great! I am noticing it is helping my sleep over time. I have severe insomnia and this is helps as long as you are very consistent with it. It took 2 weeks to notice a difference but my sleep is getting better! I also have gastroparesis which i am chronically constipated due to and this is helping me be now regular. (Nothing else helped me. I tried for years. I am hoping this will help "move things" more regularly) Overall very happy with this!!!

It works great to help reduce my anxiety and cortisol level. By the third night of drinking it twice a day I slept all night long with no nightmares. I gave it 4 stars because I ordered the wrong one. The Magnesium is better absorbed when taken with Calcium. I forgot to order the version with Calcium. I had a third of a bottle of the Calm with Calcium on hand and have mixed the two. Until I mixed the two together I didn't experienced as much of a reduction in my anxiety. Now it is working well.

People are finding out more and more that magnesium helps for anxiety for sleep for muscle rejuvenation, and for healing for after surgery so it’s a great product.

I have purchased this countless of times! I don’t use it every night so that my body doesn’t get used to it. It helps me relax and fall asleep. 😴

I read the other reviews on this and it does help with sleep and muscle aches however the taste is horrific. Imagine a carbonated tomato and you have the flavor profile. Doesn’t taste like cherry whatsoever maybe cherry tomatoes but not cherry the small fruit. After reading the other reviews about how it tastes this discovery was very shocking. Once again i will be trying another flavor by them because their magnesium is of exceptional quality but I can’t say the same about the flavoring. Update: After allowing the drink to settle for a bit the taste does get better and is much more palatable. That being said, I don’t recommend drinking it right away after mixing it maybe it just takes more time to properly settle even after dissolving the powder.

This stuff is good. I like to drink a warm cup at night before as part of my nighttime ritual to wind me down. I sleep better too! The cherry flavor is a little too tart.

I feel that this product is very essential to everyone, it's very good and despite the bad delivery, I will be coming back for more. that does not mean that I will be happy about it. but I will have to endure to get this product. This time they left the product under the sun for 3 hours. Hopefully, in the future, they will be more careful.
