Shoddy book, lacks good organization.
Very shoddy. There was little to no attempt to lay-out the 50 exercises with consistent "fonts", on the same page, many had no photos demonstrating it. My book, the spine came apart when I opened it.With even a minimum amount of care and attention, this manual could've been half-way decent. Disappointed.

this is not for seniors
It is a good book, but it is not for seniors. It is for a fit person of middle age or maybe slightly older, but it is really not for seniors. If you are looking for something specifically designed for an average senior who is trying to stay active, the exercises in this book would not be doable by them or even safe for some of them. I returned it. (Originally bought for my elderly parents who are pretty active - but no pro-athletes or anything- but it was too much for them. The other book I bought, core exercises for seniors, was much better suited for them.)

Book is well written. Exercises are easy to do. Great for seniors who want to stay active.

Das schlechteste Buch , das ich je gelesen habe
Das Englisch ist schlecht, teilweise sind Überschriften auf der untersten Zeile der vorangehenden Seite, die Übungen sind schlecht beschrieben und es gibt keine Übungsprogramme. Also Finger weg. Da gibt's bei youtube Besseres.
