Pensé que me iría justa pero me va un poquitín suelta, pero hubiera sido peor una talla menos. Al principio no es cómodo, evidentemente, pero luego notas una mejora, pero poco a poco. Elegí la mejor rodillera para recuperarme de mi esguince. Muy recomendable!!!!

I had it in my head that the only knee braces that would help my destroyed (my opinion and constant pain, not a medical diagnosis) were the kind that you had to slip over your foot to get on because they worked on compression - if i could reach my foot to do that, i wouldn't need the brace! I will admit i was frustrated at first because it had six straps and so looked like id need 4 hands to wrangle this thing on. *I was wrong!* The top and bottom straps are really to just get a starting grip to hold it *roughly* in place, and so do not fret if its not ideal. there are then FOUR more straps, two above, two below, that go thru D rings and WOW, these four (top front, top rear, bottom front, bottom rear) take over and give you very fine control to tighten it to be a perfect fit both confortable and no slipping - i am a violent sleeper (part of how i hurt my knee) and ive worn it for 2 days and 2 nights now and it hasnt moved at all! note i am not a doctor, so this next part is opinion, based on constant 24/7 pain for over 5 years now. I got this brace because my knee seemed to be getting damaged during the night, and that pain stayed with me all day. what I now feel is that there may be some damage in my knee that lets it drift left and right when it shouldnt. Before, even when i tried small bending of the knee, and was careful to try and keep it straight with no side to side moves, it was agony to reach the bottom shelf of the fridge and to be honest some days I just couldn't. With this brace, i can bend my knee with no pain* and reach the bottom shelf! the aluminum side pieces prevent my knee from drifting "off course" and force it to stay straight. I used an asterisk, because it has only been two days and i have some bad habits that pop up after years of only bending down by locking my left leg rigid. A+ product. Also, I am 6 foot 300 pounds and the XL fits perfectly.

Hij lijkt me mooi stevig, maar voelt erg zwaar. Ook is hij ingewikkeld om goed om te krijgen, ik kreeg hem alleen niet goed aan, ik had er hulp bij nodig.
