A great and necessary book
When I was promoted into the position of creative director at the agency I’m a part of I half wondered if there was a book that could tell me how to do the job. This is that book. And while it’s been many years since that promotion, I find I’m learning a ton from it. A fun and insightful read covering a wide range of topics related to the job. Check it out!

This book is OUTSTANDING!
I started reading and can't put it down. Halfway through started telling myself I'm going to have to read it twice to make sure I get 10000000% of the knowledge that went into these pages. – Abe Garcia.

Cheezy ancdotes
The books reads easy because of it's structure. Short intros for most of aspects of creative direction work corresponded with stories from creative directors. Author implied that their names are well established but based on the thoughts they share they are plain and trivial. Being a creative director I would be ashamed to share such thoughts or stories. Some of them are nice though. I guess this book is for aspiring or novice creative directors to inspire them and make comfortable with a new role.
