This product wasnt sold as a child's chair - but on a 5ft 11 person the neck reaches upper back - if that. As a positive, if you're buying it for a very small human it looks cute and is pretty sturdy. Please, seller, list this as a childs chair, unless you also sell cervical collars and DeepHeat.....Neck support is important!!!

Perfect for my son as a gaming/ desk chair

Well packaged, easy to put together and a great product, even down to the nuts and bolts supplied in a blister pack with tool and spare bolts - very impressed. All the components lined up perfectly, didn't have to "jimmy" any parts together. And ... it looks fantastic.

Bought this for my 11 year old son and he loves it. It is big enough for teenagers but not really big enough for adults. It can hold the weight of an adult but it isn't very comfortable for us.My son is more than happy with it though

Easy to assemble plus price.

I had left this a couple if days hidden in it's box before assembly as it was to be a present for my sons Birthday in a couple of weeks. On putting it together and part way through assembly I found that the back of the chair had a cm tear in the pu by the receiving screw thread for the top bit of the arm rest. Butting up the arm rest showed it would not be covered and I feared that my son's movements in the chair would quickly make this slit bigger. There was also some rust in the receiving screw threads which combined with the major issue of the tear was enough for me to contact the vendor.The enquiry was quickly responded to with a request for photographic evidence - fair enough. Again, once I had sent photos of the issue I had a quick response to say they would check to see if they had spare in stock to send and they would confirm it the next day. The following day a new back to the chair was delivered to me by DPD.I would just like to say that the chair is very good for the price and was the best price if this type that I could find. It can raise and lower with the lever and lean back with the lever pulled out. It doesn't appear to lock in a leaned back position though but no biggy.Product asside, I must say the customer service and speedy resolution to an initial problem was fantastic so well done to them for that.

good for price.. only issue i have is wont stay at maximum height adjustment seems to let it's down low after a day sitting on it
