Too much fiber
The fiber as well as minerals content is higher than another brand of sunflower seed protein i've been using and yet the fat content is lower. The result is that the product does not mix well in liquid. I recommend the manufacturer familiarize themselves with methods of better separating the soluble and insoluble fractions of the seed meal.
