I was unable to due to the bad buttons. It's a piece of junk

I was going to use this as a backup; kept it boxed for many months. When I finally decided to use it, I was unable to due to the bad buttons.It's a piece of junk. Do not buy!

Bad Buttons

You have to press the numbers on the keypad firmly and multiple times to get them to register. I told customer service and they responded with a generic email that didn't address my issue.
