…and must have purchased close to a thousand items over the years.I am going to make a video, but wanted to put up a written review now. Oh, and I’m not being paid/bribed in any way to write this.So much to love about this vacuum:It sucks up dirt, dust and small debris like a champ - better than most standup vacuums.It senses unmovable obstructions and either avoids them or bounces off them.It can make a routine cleaning map if you keep the charging unit in the same place. (Once you move the charging unit, it creates a new map.)The small lightweight dock/charging unit is hardly noticeable and can be easily be transported up/down stairs. It knows not to ride over a my top step, but you can get strips or put up an obstruction if you need complete peace of mind.It has a spot cleaner for extra messy/dirty area or spills—(like after spilling a plant, coffee grinds or even small/tiny pieces ofbroken glass.It has a remote so you can sit somewhere and direct it wherever you want it to clean.If it stops, it has a voice unit that tells you if something loose has obstructed it’s wheels/brushes or charging unit; or when the debris collector needs to be cleaned; or if it’s finished cleaning and is on it’s way back to the dock.It has a damp clean mode, but I like to mop my floors. This vacuum makes it easy—I don’t have to sweep up dust/dirt/small debris or hand-vac before I mop. I can just hit the start button and walk away and mop later.Sometimes I have the robo vacuum a couple times a day if I know I’ve created crumbs—or just because I can.I LOVE it!PS: I admit, at first I followed it around in awe.

I ordered this vacuum to help pick up dog hair during the day. My S4 is always full and I thought this would be a nice addition to help pick up hair throughout the house.This thing sucks up a ton of hair and dirt in the house. It is quieter and a bigger dust bin than my S4. The mop function works well and cleaned the floor pretty good. Just like any robot vacuum, this isn't really for deep cleaning but it does a good job at keeping the floors clean and can be run multiple times a day.The feature the vacuum is lacking is the ability to block it from certain rooms via the app. The awesome room mapping and scheduling doesn't exist for this version of the robot. They say you can use magnetic strips, but without them, I had the mop run onto the carpet.

After seeing one of these at my daughter's and realizing how much time it saved her, I definitely wanted to try one out. My refurbished one does great! I have it run when I'm working in another room, or when I'm out of the house taking kids to school, running errands, etc. When I come back - 90% of the time the bot is back on its docking station getting a full charge. 10% of the time, it has gotten stuck on things. The clearance between the refrigerator and my kitchen cabinets are sometimes an issue, but that's a wavy flooring issue with our kitchen. The other issue we have is the bot will get stuck on two of our metal floor heating vents.We have a very fluffy cat, so I use this almost every day or every other day. It pulls up all the cat hair that I see and a lot I don't. I do wish it had a larger dust bin. I empty it a lot and the sensors constantly need wiped - but again that I think is due to the cat hair, dirt tracked in from shoes, and overall life that a full household brings.I highly recommend purchasing one of these. They are a game changer in regards to housekeeping. No more carrying a vacuum from room to room, or worrying about the plug becoming tangled or unplugged in the middle of working and you literally can do nothing while it works!!

I love everything about this roborock E5 Mop Robot Vacuum Cleaner. It just find it's way all over the house. With tile floors, I deep clean with a mop and naturaly there's is always sand and particles left.This is when I pull out the E5 to do the finishing touch It picks up everything the mop left behind.I hear it when it leaves the tile area go on to areas that's fully carpeted and it goes over the throw rugsat the front and glassdoor entrances. I am so satisfied, I've mention it to everyone that I've spoken too.I will recommend this product. There is much more to tell, how convient this product is. It clean really well and I am happy. I can do other things while it spit shine the floor.

Please be aware before you buy this productIf you have it for past the return period and you have any issues you will be put through weeks of trouble shooting emails until they recommend sending the item to a service center of which they will try to charge you for any uncovered damages or repair the item. At this point I don't even want to keep this product any more because of everything roborock has put me through on it. I'd recommend going through a different supplier because it was advertised to me that this vacuum would pick up pet hair and after 2 months it stopped. I posted a video of it's poor performance. Please keep in mind that I replaced the main brush, side brush, and filter I also cleaned out the inside of the vacuum rigorously and confirmed that the motor is working. Now they want to take it for a week (after doing a week of trouble shooting.) Putting me 2 weeks or linger with a non functioning product that I paid 200 for. I'll be sending it in to them for warranty and keep you all posted
