Broken rod
One of the rods came broken upon delivery and another one (the acne rod because of which I actually purchased it) doesn’t light up only a noise and no rays at all. Very disappointed as it’s expensive and I waited for nearly 3 weeks for it to get delivered. Return is facing to be a challenge.
