Came exactly as described, very cute and clips right onto my service dogs vest.

It’s okay already fell off the collar couple weeks with it in on

I do not recommend this item, it arrived damaged and could not clamp and therefore useless and unusable. Buyer go elsewhere, there were others that I found here that were much better quality

Easy to read and very pretty

The tag broke off within 2 hrs of wearing. Fortunately a friend found it on the ground. The tag hangs low. Would recommend putting directly onto collar and don’t use the latch

The media could not be loaded.  The tag was really sturdy and thick but too heavy and bulky and I didn't need it. The cards that came with came in handy when you have people that have a problem with your SD in public access. Especially when they don't even work in the store it's a double-sided card and I just keep one in my wallet.
