Will this work with a Z8?

Check the Z8 specs to see if the Wasabi battery is compatible. The Wasabi specs sheet reads the battery can be used for EN-EL 15, EN-EL 15a, b and c. The Wasabi battery is a great buy. Although it doesn't seem to have battery of the Nikon EN-EL 15. For not quite lasting as long as OEM battery, the price makes it a terrific bargain.

can I use the Nikon charger to charge these ?

Yes, they work perfectly with the Nikon charger as I experienced.

Ca you charge this battery in camera, like in a z6?

AFAIK, only the Z6II and Z7II offer in-camera battery charging via USB. I have not tried USB charging with my camera with this or the OEM battery.

Is working on Nikon d7500

Works well in the D7200 has the chip to show remaining battery charge. Hold charge just fine. Can't beat for price.
