I have purchased this clock since 7 months, and everything was perfect. Now the clock hands have stopped moving. Where can I get the replacement?

Is it necessary to have the black washer? Mine did not come with one and when I ordered a replacement it was still not included

We received all complete, it’s easy to assemble. I don’t remember needya Black washer to assemble everything.
