* EXCELLENT PRODUCT * Back Stretcher, 4 Level Back Cracker, Lower Back Pain Relief Device
When I received the Back Stretcher, I couldn't wait to use it. Sometimes the pain I have in my lower back is so bad, it make it hard to stand or walk. I used the lowest position in the stretcher for 15 minutes before bed. The next morning doing dishes, I noticed I wasn't having such a difficult time standing there. Normally the pain is immediate. I plan on using this at least 2 times a day to see how much relief I can get. One thing, I might recommend is to sit on the floor and do some leg stretching before and after use.

Just okay
I got this in hopes of having my back cracked but it has not cracked yet. I've used it a few times and it helps with stretching the back but not cracking it. Not comfortable at all for the neck.
