Helps stable ball in place and it was what I needed and wanted without the expense of buying the yoga chair. Only cons is not back rest. I would recommend it for use of yoga ball as office chair.

The base is durable but not recommended to sit on unless the floor is carpeted. There are no grips underneath so be careful

I’m using a stability ball as a desk chair until the corona work-from-home is over. I received this ball holder today, and it helps to keep the ball in place without rolling around. I have it propped up on some mats to give it more height, but at some point, I may purchase a larger ball. The ball I’m using is 55 cm, and I’m short with a taller desk. This holder is great though. Exactly what I was wanting.
