Not just for my kneeling hip flexor stretching, but also to get better balance on each foot. Ample room for foot, knee, whatever. Pleasant to kneel on, no smell from the material it's made from. Firm enough to support my kneeling and standing weight (I opted for the double thickness for this reason). Well worth the money! Not expensive for the benefits it gives. This will encourage me to do hip flexor stretching more often now that I have this pad rather than rolling up my mat!! No more excuses or discomfort! This is a great buy!!

I’m in physical therapy and use a foam core to help my balance. Having this at home keeps me on track between therapy sessions.I use it while cooking. Keeps my feet ‘happy’ and gets me to focus on balance while creating in the kitchen. A win win for sure.

I use this as a "touch pad" for dog training for my giant breed dog. Works great, and much more affordable than dog-specific items of the exact same size

This pad seems to be just as good as those you'll be asked to use if you go to a physical therapist for treatment of balance problems. It's thick enough and stiff enough to support a good deal of weight without bottoming out, but still makes you work to maintain balance. Shows no sign of wear after several months of use. "Extra large" is a bit of an exaggeration, but it's the same size as I was asked to use at PT.

My physical therapist recommend I get this to use at home. As I age I worry about balance. This is easy to use, google it to find exercises. The balance pad is a nice cheerful color, it is well made, durable and sturdy. I highly recommend it. So little cost and effort for so much benefit.

Just right—hard enough & soft enough for seat cushion. Also this large size fits well onto the bucket seat of my car. Gives just enough added height to see much better out of front, rear & sides of car, and I’m sure that adds to safety. It makes a big difference.

I'm using it for Lunges. I bought 2 Large Size. But even 1 Large size is enough to do all the exercises.Overall its firm but soft , ideal for body weight training, as u don't want to just sag I to the foam.Fully recommend buying.

Post an accident i rate this as a platform that helped me with my balance. The knobs on the top are large enough to fell but not so small to hurt. Its a winner.
