really worth a try
I got this kit in 2012 when I decided I was serious about losing some weight. I had the shake with the Vi-Trim powder supplement added into it and used skim milk. I never needed to add fruit or yogurt or anything else because the shake is that good. Think cake batter. Seriously. It's GOOD.I took the Vi-Slim pill twice a day, morning with my shake and lunchtime to help curb my appetite. I had no fat cottage cheese and no fat no cal yogurt for lunch and for dinner I ate steamed veggies, baked chicken or fish with no salt and salads with carefully measured dressing, no fats and no crunchies or bacon bits. For my sweet tooth, I had some licorice, sugar free gum, or health food store snacks. I watched calories, fat, sodium and sugar. I had no particular amounts or grams or anything in mind, I just kept the counts low.The reason I was successful is because once a week I had a FREE DAY where I ate steak or buttered popcorn at the movies or fried foods or anything I wanted. I lost about 2-3 pounds a week and truthfully, I didn't exercise. Over 4 months I lost about 30 pounds and over the following 6 or so months, I dropped another 20 but I wasn't vigilant nor did I use the protein powder. So total 50 pounds lost.One other thing that was very hard was I cut out diet coke. This time, getting ready to do this again to drop the remaining 30-40 pounds, I'm going to try again to drop the diet coke.Because I'm getting ready to drop the remaining weight, I want to rely on this product again. I'm NOT believer in diet fads. I do not consider this a diet. I consider it an eating plan.I like this product a lot and I'm surprised I do because I hate everything. lol.

Great Stuff That Really Works!!!
Bought on advice from a friend who likewise purchased on a recommendation. Good news travels fast. This is a delicious alternative to heavy food. Great for a quick start in the morning. Throw a banana in the shake and you have something wonderful!A good product that tastes good and actually works - how can you beat it?I have a few co-workers who lost 2 sizes in a month by taking this, watch food intake and moderate exercie.Highly recommended!

Sounds good to me I've lost weight and I have not recovered I think it is good product if you follow the instructions
