Great deal for entry-level laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 5500U CPU which is from TSMC 7nm FAB. It's pretty fast and runs fairly cool, you can hardly hear the fan cranking. It will be sufficient for regular user's usage. Still have some rooms to upgrade the RAM DDR4 2666 260pin SoDimm and SSD perhaps to at least 1Tb in the future. I wouldn't use it as a gaming Laptop like the Nvidia GTX or RTX GPU performances etc.

This is actually a great laptop for most people, with some cons. Let's see:PRO- Great performance. After running some benchmarks, it beats some 11th intel i7 processors. For real usage, it is very fast and responsive. No complains there. The chip is set with the max TDP allowed by AMD so performance is better than other laptops with the same configuration.- Light and thin- Keyboard is excellent and it is a backlit keyboard with 2 levels of light. Touchpad is also good- System is stable- Looks good for the price- Fingerprint really really fast- Comes with privacy options, like camera and microphone lock- Windows 11 looks fresh and new- Upgradable RAMAVERAGE- Battery life is just average, nothing great about it. You can setup some energy options for better battery life- 2Gb are taken from RAM to be used for the graphics card. If you are not using the laptop for gaming, you can low that amount of ram taken by the video in the BIOS. I did that and it was easy and fast.- No USB type C charging. I have no complains there because the charger is light and small, but it would be a nice to haveCONS- Screen is not good, at least not when the laptop arrived. The contrast was extremly low. So I found a way to set the contrast at max, and for most tasks, it is very usable now. Not recomended for design work, could work with a extra monitor.- The realtek audio drivers are a disaster. This is not lenovo's fault but it should be adressed and corrected as soon as possible. I found on the web a way not to use realtek drivers and use the Windows drivers, then the problem was solved.Overall I'm pretty happy with the laptop. Still, I'm upgrading the RAM and probably will be installing a bigger SSD.

Great value for personal, work and mid gaming use. Great quality, materials and specs for less than 500 usd. Would buy it again!

PRO- Processing seems great - computer is fast and slick for normal purposes.- Great color, looks good.- Keyboard touch feels good.- Speakers are quite good for a laptop, decent tone and volume.- Keyboard backlight with two brightness levels.- Webcam privacy cover.- Music / media buttons in the upper right. They even work with Youtube playlists in the background (at least in my OS).CON- The Home, End, and Page Up and Down keys are in the Num Pad and just a little hard to find. I didn't realize how much I used these keys, and really wish they were standalone buttons.- The the integrated graphics takes a chunk of the RAM. The initial setting is probably too high at 2 / 8 Gb (leaving a touch less than 6 Gb as normal RAM). But you can reduce that in BIOS.LINUX COMPATIBILITY- I installed Ubuntu 21.10 and it functions well on this model. You can't change the resolution from 1920x1080, but you can use fractional scaling to change viewability.- Ubuntu 20.04 on Live USB is not fully compatible. It can't "connect" with display controls - you can't use fractional scaling or even adjust brightness. Ditto for Linux Mint 20.2.

Tal cual lo esperado, es una muy buena laptop en esta gama de precios, buen diseño, buen procesador, sus altavoces suenan bastante bien para ser de una laptop. Quizás sea recomendable ampliar la RAM de acuerdo al uso personal de cada quien, asi como adquirir un multipuerto USB, ya que como esta descrito solo trae 2, hasta ahora los juegos que he probado andan generalmente bien.

Bought for my wife so she could play hearthstone. She normally used mobile. This works great.

I've installed/assembled/upgraded more computers than I can possibly remember in 20+ years, and aside from the early days, the only laptops in the past 3 years or so to not have a native touchpad driver were ALL Lenovo. Every cheap Acer, Asus, etc, model has it supported out of the box; but no such luck with this. Being old school, I got away with TAB/Alt+TAB keys to set up the initial Windows installation, but imagine some kid or an old lady trying. Shame on an otherwise perfectly capable notebook. Looks like the "cool people" in management just don't get how things work in real life.

Great laptop for the price

I love this laptop, I never thought I needed a laptop but when I realized it would help me out a lot.. well I started shopping.I build tower PCs for a hobby, I wasn't looking for a gaming laptop as they're way too expensive and I already have a gaming tower. I was looking for something that could do like 3D modelling, write code, web browsing, light gaming (terraria was what I was mostly looking to play).I knew AMD made so very efficient CPUs and that in the mobile market they mostly all had graphic cores which I was very interested in as I saw their integrated graphics and was quite impressed.While searching for laptops, I came across this one which blew my mind. NVMe ssd, last gen 6c/12t cpu with great integrated graphics fingerprint scanner, large trackpad and okay I/O for the price, I was sold. I was looking at the 14" model though, I saw later on there was this 15.6" model and also a 17" model.I ended up getting the 15.6" model. Fingerprint scanner works great, camera is okay but the physical shutter is a godsend in this era of diminishing access to privacy.The cpu is way faster than what I was intending to get but it was such a steal I couldn't pass up the offer. The NVMe ssd is really fast, insane boot speeds etc. The screen leaves some things to be desired, the brightness and clarity are somewhat lacking. The panel resembles a TN panel due to it's very narrow viewing angle, as much side to side as up and down. Keyboard is alright, I'm glad we can turn off the backlight by pressing FN+space. The integrated graphics ended being pretty good for my liking. Battery is okay but far from impressive in terms of capacity and it shows whilst doing anything harder than web browsing.I'm able to do everything I hoped of doing with it and still have much headroom CPU power wise. I do CAD work on it and don't have any issues with it.

Esta increíble la lap top muchísimas gracias al vendedor, decia que llegaba en 1 semana y cacho y llego a los 4 días si no mal recuerdo, el equipo es una belleza 100% nuevo y etiquetas original , en relación calidad precio es una ganga, el equipo ofrece bastante por una cantidad de dinero demasiada adecuado, aplica las 3 BBB !! Me sorprende cuanto le dura la batería y las bocinas que trae son una chulada, no hay nada del equipo que no me haya gustado, solo tener en cuenta que el teclado no traen Ñ pero se puede modificar el teclado a español y asunto resuelto, bonl extra: el teclado trae luz y el botón para iniciar sesion es por lector de huella!!❤😍

En general la laptop es buena pero hay algunas cosas que no me gustan.1. La pantalla se ve poco iluminada y no se distingue bien desde algunos ángulos.2. Al escribir las manos quedan fuera de la laptop por lo que se apoyan en el filo de la carcasa.3. La memoria ram no se puede expandir más allá de 12GB.

Hasta el momento no me ha dado ningún fallo alguno, funciona todo correctamente y el único problema ta que le encontré fue la "ñ", esta computadora la estoy dando a pagos con mi banco que es muy accesible al bolsillo. :)
