AREDS2 Antioxidants plus optimal zinc 100 capsules

I like to use silicone baking cups whenever I'm making egg muffins (mini frittatas) since the egg doesn't stick to these. I bought these as I thought they would be a bit easier to maneuver than individual cups placed on a metal tray. They were not. They are very flimsy so they still require a metal pan to go underneath it when transporting your goods to the oven, otherwise your eggs will be spilling out all over the place. I was slightly disappointed in this, but maybe that's just the nature of using silicone to bake. I prefer to use the cups and perhaps because they are a bit bigger too. These are so flimsy, I don't recommend them.* Update: Now that I've used them, I see that they have to be flimsy in order to release the muffin from the pan. I prefer to use these over traditional pans because they clean more easily and release the muffin more easily. They do retain odors...for good or bad. After washing, I spray with white vinegar and rinse after a couple of minutes to remove soap or muffin odors. These were a good price.

Had seen these used on baking shows, so though I would try. Not thrilled with the outcome.We make hundreds of Christmas cookies each year for special events, friends and family. We use family recipes and newer recipes, with good quality ingredients. No casual baker in this family.In fairness, you can put just about any dough or cake mix in and get consistent size; plus cleanup is easy.

Works so but hard to grab and remove from the oven because it’s so flexible. I’m not gonna use it.

The large muffin mold sticks, but the mini one does not.

I threw the rest of my muffin tins away! These are super easy to clean and food does not stick. Just don't forget to put them on a baking sheet before filling as pans are not rigid.

High quality silicon mold! We make gluten free paleo muffins every week and they pop out with no grease, every time. The little spatula it comes with is key!
