I bought this hat as a gift for my 75 year old dad. He still works outside every day in his garden, taking care of chickens , and playing with his dog. He is also an AVID BASS FISHERMAN!! Competing in tournaments most weekends. So when I saw this awesome Mossy Oak hat that would keep him cool I knew it would be perfect!!! And he absolutely LOVES IT!! He says all he has to do is get it wet, ring it out and put it on and it keeps his body temperature down for hours. And he can wet, ring, and repeat as often as needed. Plus he loves the camo pattern!!!

I bought this as a gift for my dad. I was hoping he would wear it when he went fishing, but to my surprise he wears it everywhere. It’s his favorite hat now. Im thankful he has it for the sun protection.

The hat is comfortable and good for protecting your head from the sun but the brim is small, light weight and blows up exposing your ears and face when the wind blows. I will need a stiffer brim hat. Not a bad hat.

I have a ton of Mission gear, but I specifically bought this Mossey oak hat to match my Mission neck gator for stealthy fly fishing in northern New Mexico/southern Colorado.

The hat is light weight and provides great shade, perfect for yard work. The cinch cord was perfect for placement over ear muff hearing protection while mowing and held tight during very windy conditions. Would be 5 stars if not for the fluorescent orange logos/embroidered branding.
