I have ordered on 19/Dec/2023 and this product worked only till 8/Apr/2024 hardly 3.5months and it stopped working !!

They are lying.
Although, this product works fine & gets the job done. But it is not a slow burner. It burns one piece of kapoor in under 5 mins not in 30 mins (as mentioned in the product detail).I wanted a slow burner.

It is good to use but the metallic plate isvery small. If your use is more then u need to refill it again and again.
