BRIKSMAX Led Lighting Kit for Jeep Wrangler - Compatible with Lego 42122 Building Blocks Model- Not Include The Lego Set(Remote-Control Version)

First, a general review of Briksmax, then I'll get into some specifics about using it with a different set.I Just did multiple kits and no issues with any of them (that weren't created by wire chewing cats). These kits require some deductive reasoning and ability to work with small parts. They use pictorial instructions that can be hard to follow at times, but looking ahead can usually reveal what they were getting at. There generally is enough wire that even if you make a mistake and don't want to start over you can still get the wire where it needs to go. My first recommendation for building one of these kits it to get out the battery pack and one of the junction boards so you can test lights after they have been installed, but before moving on to the next step. I located Briksmax's website and it is possible to order individual bags of parts (not the easiest to find, got there through a link on one of the products descriptions), either on their website or through Amazon. I was very impressed that Briksmax purchases actual Lego pieces for any parts that they include in the kit.I installed this kit on the Shupbear version of the Jeep Rubicon. Because there are turn signals on the front of that set I also ordered a set of yellow lights from Briksmax on Amazon. I also ordered some extra white lights because the Shupbear kit has a light bar all the way across the roll bar with 2 additional segments for lights. Obviously the instructions weren't much help in the specifics about where to install the lights and how they would attach. For the front turn signals I decided the best approach was to super glue the lights to the yellow ring of the turn signal piece. Everything else was installed similar to how it was shown for the Lego kit and I just got creative with wire routing etc. In the end the effect was very cool and I very much enjoyed working out how to use the kit to light up the Shupbear Jeep. I will probably buy another of these sets the next time I build a model car as a base to add lights to it.

The instructions were easy to follow with removing certain pieces and running the wiring for the lights. During assembly I found out one of the junper wires was disconnected at the connector. I reached out to the service team and within 2 hours they had responded and requested my address to ship me a replacement wire. The entire process was courteous and easy, and I thank the service team for a great experience. I will continue to but these light kits with service like that.

Directions confusing, got everything in why I thought was in place and no lights. Just going to take everything I can off, cut the wires and throw it in the trash. Not worth the effort and huge waste of money

Assembly wasn't not bad at all,they are small wires so be careful ,but worth the monet.

One of brake light wire broke. Had to reconnect it and tape it up to work. The battery pack that sit in back easily fall off.

the wire connecting to usb and battery pack just ends with bare wire. Should have tiny plugs at the end. I’ve reached out to customer service and will see how they rectify.

Followed all the directions, and the lights don’t work.

We were very disappointed with this product. Upon putting it together the end of the charging cord snapped off immediately. So not useable. Can you please help us out? It was not cheap and feel this is very upsetting.

Assez compliqué à monter. Le système de télécommande ne fonctionnant pas j’ai tout mis en parallèle. Sinon résultat sympa.
