I am very pleased that I bought these b-complex gummies. It is very important for me that they are made from tapioca and pectin. I am very glad that I found exactly gummies based on tapioca, because such gummies with b complex is much more useful than the same vitamins, but only based on corn syrup. I studied the information and was pleasantly surprised when I found out that tapioca is lower in calories than corn syrup, and besides, tapioca helps to lower blood sugar levels, which is very important to me, and it is worth noting that tapioca is a healthier alternative to sugar and corn syrup.

My energy is up, and my taste buds are happy. These gummies have great texture and don't have any vitamin after taste.

Got this 1-pack to try and so far so good :). Made in Israel and packaged in the USA, this comes in an airtight, tampered-proof, and child-proof bottle with an expiration date of 11/30/2022 but I am pretty sure this 1-pack will be gone way before then. The good thing about this product for me is that it is Non-GMO, has no artificial colors, and no gluten as well as no fish for those vegetarians (as well as on and off vegetarians, like myself :). These taste like candies to me really, sweet with a little sour but definitely no bitterness or odor at all. I tried chewing it as well as letting it slowly dissolving in my mouth over several minutes without any issues at all. Actually, I do prefer to let it slowly dissolving rather than chomping on it quickly and getting it stuck onto my teeth. Although this is tapioca-based, it does not have the same texture as the tapioca in drinks from my local Tea House at all, these are more like gelatin to me that dissolves a lot faster than those tapiocas. Maybe this is a different type or mixture of tapioca I guess, not a big deal at all but just wanted to point that out. However, the main thing is that this product does contain all those essential B vitamins as well as Biotin that is good for hairs and nails supposedly too. So I have been taking these over the last few days with no adverse reactions, knock on wood. Seriously though, with these supplements, you just have to consistently take them daily over a period of time to really see any benefits, which is my intention to keep on taking these until it runs out in about 60 days give or take. If anything, I honestly believe that these will be a great supplement to my current diet without a doubt.

the recommended dose is misleading.Simply 8 suggests taking 1 gummy and that this 2 pack would then last for 4 months. If you use it that way, these are a good bargain at approximately $6 per month. However, that single gummy provided about half the RDA on these 5 B vitamins. I for sure need a second gummy.Made in Israel and packed in the USA, these gummies are both Kosher and Halal as well as gluten free, nonGMO, plant based and free from most allergens. The flavor is strawberry but the B vitamins come thru and give the gummies a funky, medic taste. It’s not horrible but you won’t want to snack on these.All things considered, 3.5 stars rounded up✨

-Most B-complex gummies have ridiculous levels of B vitamins in them (some have 40,000%). This one has correct doses.-I like that it's vegan, and that they use natural sweetener and colors.-The vitamins in here, however, are mostly synthetic and not as effective as a real B vitamin, such as Standard Process B Complex. Unfortunately Standard Process is not available in gummy form, so this is one of my preferred B gummies if you can't swallow a pill.-I think the price should be closer to $10 per bottle - it's currently approx $24 for 2 bottles. But keep in mind these are just 1 gummy per serving, and each bottle gives you 60 servings, so it's not an unreasonable asking price, and probably lower than you can find them for at your local health store.-The flavor is pretty good strawberry, but because they use pectin instead of gelatin, it has a harder texture than traditional gummies. Personally though I find them pretty tasty.
