Adam's Advanced Graphene Ceramic Coating (Standard Kit) - 10H Graphene Coating for Auto Detailing, 9+ Years of Car Protection & Patented UV Technology

Excellent graphene coating, normally I use Koch Chemie stuff but decided to try out Adam’s as I bought some of their soaps at Walmart and they work really well. Car came out fantastic, only downside to this product is it takes about 3/4 of the bottle to do a small car 1/2 bottle for a truck or something like that, it’s extremely shiny applied easy has a crazy long flash time (even if you miss flash time a little humidity will buff it down) it’s a great product overall if it lasts 2-3 years completely ok with that!

The media could not be loaded. I was always scared to try ceramic because of how difficult it can be to mess up. I gotta say this was not difficult. Labor intensive? Very. Difficult? No.This is a solid weekend project. My flow was wash>iron removal>synthetic clay>polish>strip wash>surface prep>ceramic. I had already done a two stage correction when I got it, but since then I've only used waxes and sealants. The polishing brought it back and got out all the new swirls.As far as the graphene, I watched the Adam's livestream of how to use their advanced graphene and it taught me a lot. I applied it, waited for the rainbow to dissipate, and waited for it to sweat. Then I used the suede towel, which felt grabby on the surface as they described in the video to level it out. Then I used the white towel to buff it off. The coating itself only took about 3 hours to do the painted surfaces. I applied in a crosshatch pattern in smaller sections along the body lines to ensure it wasn't sitting for too short or too long, because my environment was uncomfortably hot and humid which decreased the cure time. The UV part was pretty useless on my car. Maybe more helpful on a lighter shade.Ignoring the prep, I give the actual application of the product a 7/10 on the easiness scale. It really wasn't hard.It definitely gives the car a very high gloss. It is incredibly shiny. It's not deep like a carnauba wax though.If you're willing to give up the better part of a weekend, you can have a coating that will last years and save thousands DIYing it.It should be noted that per their videos, you can use this stuff on many things. Any exterior surface of the car, glass cook tops, shower doors... You name it. I used exactly one bottle on an Audi Q7 and S5, covering both exteriors completely minus the wheels. Keep in mind that the applicators and towels are one time use. They'll get crusty when the ceramic dries. So if you wanna do multiple coats or different things on different days, have some extra applicators and towels ready. Also, once you open the bottle it will start curing, so close it in between panels and use it promptly.Update: Washed it for the first time and the hydrophobicity is amazing. I completely dried the car towel free with only a small battery powered blower, the kind you would use to blow sawdust off a workbench or something. If I had a real leaf blower I could probably dry this thing in less than a minute.3 month update: Hydrophobicity is minimally degraded. I'll use a synthetic clay mitt to bring it back. Car still easily dries with a blower. Also want to add you may find some information on the internet saying you don't need to level the coating on plastic, like the gray stuff on bumpers. You absolutely must level and remove the coating just like on paint or glass or you will get white streaks that are essentially impossible to remove. I used it on the plastic rockers on the S5 and the entire grille of the Q7, which has a ton of gray plastic. I thoroughly cleaned and surface prepped, and then applied the ceramic in the same manner as the rest of the car, although deciding when to level and remove it is a guessing game because it won't rainbow or sweat. It deepened the color and restored it to how it looked new. No more chalky, oxidized plastic trim!One year update: This stuff is still going strong. Water beading is still outstanding, I can still dry the car completely with a leaf blower, and the shine is immaculate. I have not touched up the coating at all except for a handful of applications of Adam's graphene detail spray. I never used a clay mitt on it as I said I would, and apparently that's not good for the coating anyway so I'm glad I didn't. Thoroughly impressed with how it has held up after a year. I would not hesitate to use this again, but apparently I don't need to. I went ahead and finally did my brake calipers and wheels, and wow. The brake dust just rinses right off. It's amazing. I really don't even need to touch them.

Update: 18 months in and still doing its jobI watched one video on applying this and said well that looks doable and then did it, probably even rushed it doing too-big of areas at once (like the rear fender and half of a door in one go), but still it turned out great. Very forgiving imo. I did a mix of yellow body panels, silver trim, and carbon fibre roof, and none show any patchiness in direct sunlight like I was worried about. All repel water extremely well - I didn't do my hood or bumper since those are being PPFed soon and the difference between the panels that have ceramic and those that don't is super obvious.The process is basically clean the surface really well, dry it completely, bring it out of direct sun, apply some coating onto a suede cloth draped over a ceramic applicator, rub down an area of your car with light pressure in multiple directions, let it cure until it stops being iridescent (depends on temp/humidity, for me it was ~60 seconds), wipe it down with a different suede cloth lightly, then rub it down good with a microfiber towel.After 30 min to an hour from initial coating, rub everything down again really well with the microfiber towel - as shown in Adam's youtube video, this is enough to fix high spots after 1 hour. Beyond 1 hour you'll need to apply more coating to rehydrate, and then to start buffing it out and starting over. No reason not to do the full wipedown at 30-60 mins though, just in case you have high spots.Used 1/3 of a bottle to do my entire LC500 (large coupe). Plan on doing my toilet bowls, sinks, shower glass next. Awesome stuff. With how easy/forgiving it was, paying $1300 (quote I got myself) for a full car ceramic coating is nuts. Will see how long it lasts but I'd be thrilled with 3-4 years.

It started of a little bad at 1st because my kit was missing the 2 microfiber suede towels. But i called Adams customer service & they sent me them very within 2 days.As for the product, It is great. I put it on my 2024 Tesla model 3 & it looked even better then i imagined. So shinny & water beads off of it. I did everything on my car even the glass roof, window & windshield with no issues. The purple light with the UV in the coating made it very easy to put on & make sure you get everything coated. I still have plenty of coating left that i am going to use it on my Harley Davidson. Even though it don't ride it in the rain but it will be easier to wash & look shinny all the timeI have never ceramic coated a car myself. I watched the Adams videos & followed the directions. It is a long process to do. I also was doing it on a brand new car that was only made a few weeks prior, so i didn't have to do paint corrections & less prepping as most people have to do. But worth the time & effort. Not only saving a few thousand on not having to pay a professional to do it but also the pride you get of seeing the results of doing it myself...highly recommend Adams products
