In Bloom: Three Delightful Love Stories Perfect for Spring Reading

Three sweet and short stories by 3 great authors. I figured out the secret in the first story by Fern Michaels early on but still enjoyed it.Lori Foster's was my favorite and since I haven't read her Visitation series, I'll have to check them out.Carolyn Brown's was fun and lighthearted about misunderstanding a situation but life gives second chances.

Wonderful love story. Three short stories by3 of my favorites. They all had a love lost and a love found again. Simply beautiful!

Fern Michaels: Gracie has come home for Mothers day. She finds her sister and mother whispering and learns they have been keeping secrets from. This was well written and I enjoyed the story.Lori Foster: Cory has always know she would marry Austin; but when she tells him at age 10 and him 14 he decides to avoid being around her at all cost. Cory is tired of being avoided and decides to move to a new town and start over. Will Austin let her go?Carolyn Brown: Monica's grandmother has moved into a retirement home and gifted her home to Monica. Tyler's grandmother is best friends with Monica's grandmother and they now share the same home. Tyler broke Monica's heart years ago. But the grandmothers have hopes of them getting back together. It seems Tyler is now living next door to Monica. Can Monica let Tyler back into her life?

These are three short stories and the first one written by the most well-known author is actually pretty good. I was not as fond of the other two stories. I wish I could remember more about them at this point though one had a little bit of a supernatural paranormal element if I remember correctly which to me is a total turn off. They were mostly predictable and none of them were offensive. I’m sorry I can’t remember more but it was a little while ago when I read it but if you’re into feel good short stories you might like this it wasn’t poorly written

IN BLOOM: Three Delightful Love Stories by Fern Michaels, Lori Foster, and Carolyn Brown is a trio of charming short stories. All the novellas are easily read as standalones even with a few characters from other books.All three authors are long time favorites of mine and have very distinctive voices. I could have told you who the author was for each, even if they were not marked. This is a good collection that gives you a chance to test out a new author or settle in for a quick read with one you know and love.Sometimes you only have time for a short read and this anthology meets my expectations in a short amount of time. The only downside is that the characters may not be as developed as you like as they would be in a longer novel. While these are not my favorite stories by these authors, they are all heartwarming stories with satisfying endings.

These stories just make a wonderful mother's day message and how special each mother is with their children and grandchildren.

Love these stories, Fern Michaels is never a disappointment!
