Is blood flow really important?
So let me tell you a story....I have noticed a lot of swelling in my ankles and legs lately from pregnancy. As a former Med Tech I knew that the go to treatment for edema is compression therapy. Most of my career I've been the equivalent of a floor nurse so I've worn compression socks and they work wonderfully. So I venture to Amazon and research the absolute best compression leggings they sell. After reading up on different brands I decided on "CompressionZ". Little did I know that these bad boys mean business. They bring a whole new take on the term "fits like a glove".When I unpackaged these suckers I thought I ordered the wrong size. They looked like they'd fit a 5 year old - I double checked and sure enough I ordered the right size. I didn't think much of it - spandex can do wonders judging by some of the not so clad women in Walmart. At least I bought the "non-see through leggings with a money back guarantee"...Well honey let me tell you what... it took me 20 minutes, a step stool, and just short of a miracle from God for me to get my left leg into these leggings. I had second thoughts and was about to back out but I was determined 😬 I even thought about lubing my right leg with a slick coating of petroleum jelly to help accomplish the goal... but decided to just do it ✔ I took a deep breath and prepared.... 20 minutes later I successfully had both legs in up to my hip. I thought the worst was over... I took a sigh of relief... but man was I wrong. 😔I have two hips and a rather round backside region... After laying on the bed and almost passing out holding my breath the leggings waved a white flag and alas! I won the victory. I stood up and tried to move... I felt the circulation slowly exit my lower legs and I lost feeling in my right pinky toe. My ankles looked like inverted muffin tops where the leggings stopped. But hey, they were on!I went back to Amazon to read up on these 5 star rated leggings to see if I had missed anything... apparently they even prevent deep vein thrombosis! Hey! If you have thrombosis just remove all blood content and circulation and BAM! Problem solved! I must have read over the review that suggested customers to purchase 2 sizes larger than normal...I can say that it was satisfying to peel back the leggings and slowly roll them down my legs as I felt the feeling come back... I can now relate to a can of popped biscuits. My muscles felt rejuvenated as well, probably due to the newly flowing blood.Moral of the story - ladies, if you want cellulite reducing, firming leggings that prevent deep vein thrombosis and take away the ability for you to feel your lower extremities... look no further. I couldn't keep them on long enough to benefit from the compression to treat the edema as I feared eventual permanent paralysis... but feel free to try!

Review from POTS, EDS, Dysautonomia User
10/03/21 - Okie Dokie! Still Super Impressed! Would suggest getting these and a size down at least. Am now a size 8 and 10 pounds lighter; small remains good. They still fit great and I have worn them on many occasions. GREAT QUALITY. WILL BE PURCHASING AGAIN. Take care!11/18/20 - I have POTS and dysautonomia and other medical conditions. I'm trying to save money and still benefit from the effects of compression garments during the day. Have not given these a proper test run and will update once I have.Note on sizing: According to the chart, I should order a large and did given reviews mentioning that the sizing was right on. I'm sure that is accurate for people not looking for compression garments for heart issues. I started with a medium and it was not very compressing. I moved onto the small and will be keeping those. They fit well under my jeans and came up high on my stomach and down to my ankles.I'm 143, 5'7, size 10, and the small feels like it will compress enough for circulation assistance. I will also report back on seams and wear. I'm sure the seams on this small pair of pants will be under great duress given my size. It is worth the experiment if it keeps me from having to buy garments at four times the price.Wish all you POTS and dysautonomia fellows peace, love, and healing. Hang in there.

Perfect fit
I needed these for workouts. They have just the right amount of compression- they are tight yet comfortable. I'm 5'7", about 175 lbs, I ordered a large and they fit perfectly.

The only review you need to read
These are AMAZING. They look like they are children's sized but MAN DO THEY STRETCH lol. They are soft, extremely comfortable, they hold you in and don't stretch out. People keep leaving reviews commenting they are too small. I am a big medium, possibly a large in denial and these are perfect. They are compression pants not lounge pants folks, if you don't want them tight then buy yourself a pair of hanes sweat pants. As far as I am stretching them they are still opaque which is just magic to me. Can not beat it for the price, I want 2 of every color.

Perfect on this tall woman!!!
Wow, these are fantastic!! I'm 5"10" weigh 155, measurements are 38-29-41 and I ordered a size medium. They fit perfect and feel super comfy. I love the feel of the material! I Was worried they wouldn't be long enough for my legs, but the length is perfect. A good buy for tall women looking for full length leggings!!

Brilliant value and delivers on quality.
Personally, I love tight fitting gym-leggings, for two reasons:1) It makes the wobbly bits at the top of my thighs look smooth and lean (result).2) They're super flexible and don't catch on equipment during weights sessions, unlike loose leggings/trousers.I usually buy pricey Nike leggings which are similar in style, but £40+ each, so to find an almost-equivalent for less than half the price is seriously exciting for a bargain hunter as I am! I've worn these at least once a week, washed every time and they look as new after 3 months of intensive 2 hour sessions, which is seriously impressive. My only gripe is the sizing chart supplied which really isn't accurate enough, which means I had to purchase the L and XL sizes just in case. Then I find out they don't offer free returns, which was a painful argument to resolve. If they offered free no hassle returns this would easily be 5 stars.

Nice leggings but definitely can't compare them with the brand ...
Nice leggings but definitely can't compare them with the brand Skins!Good quality and I get lots of compliments on colour.Reading the other reviews I ordered size xl being a size 14 and definitely only needed large. If you understand compression wear you would understand the sizing.

These are brilliant!
Reviews made me panic about size. I am a size 12/14 with a size smaller waist. I got the xl size but I could have got the next size down as these are a little big around waist. Perfect for the gym and all sorts of classes and best of all no bend over see through problems!
