Q: I have a 9 year-old daughter (~24" waist). Will the small fit her or would they be too big?

I wear a 26-27 in women’s denim and I purchased the small. They are a little small on me but I have a feeling they might still be too big for your daughter. I believe they have a drawstring so that might be helpful, especially if she could keep growing into them.

Q: I'm a sz m/ l on nike. what size would you recommend ?

The waist band is rather tight, I think if you are between sizes go up. ( however I wear these for fashion not for sport)

Q: Are these unisex? Would they fit men?

I ordered a small and they rode up (in the front) quite a bit. I can't imagine it being too comfortable for a male. It also depends on how high you want to wear the waistband. I probably should've ordered a larger size.
