Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Signature Square Skillet Grill, 9.5", Cerise

I bought it for the color but also to replace another pan I’ve been using for years which I wanted to give my daughter. The pan is very well made, my only complaint it it’s hard to clean with the ridges. Maybe I’m using it incorrectly.

Took a chance on the used like new option on this. Description said original package has obvious damage. 🧐 it was $100 cheaper than the new one so I purchased it. Flawless the skillet is! Love it already and cooking with it was pure joy.

I am very happy with this purchase. This is ideal for grilling indoors for 1 or 2 people and a small dog. I've done steaks, sausages, chicken, all manner of veggies, and bruschetta--all turned out perfect. The grill heats perfectly even and the food releases easily. Clean up is easy compared to other indoor grilling pans I have tried. I have used this pan about twenty times and it still looks out-of-the-box with very little effort on my part. I have two other Le Creuset grill pans, one rectangular with a flat bottom (I use this in the oven only and love it) and one round with the raised sides (like a frying pan) and raised ridge bottom. I get much better results with my new square pan than the round one and find it easier to clean.

Classic Le Cruset quality, will update after a few uses. Was sent the wrong color but we don’t mind, got a great “Like New” price for it

Love the design, and teal color. It is hard to keep clean. Sometimes I clean it with my pressure washer.

The pan gets really hot and holds the heat. It is great for quickly searing Tuna. I have not yet used it to cook other foods.At full retail price the pan is too expensive. After all, it’s only enameled cast iron, not gold. I would not purchase it at full retail.I was lucky to get this pan for half price because it was returned to Amazon by the original buyer. I has a few small cosmetic scratches but doesn’t appear to have been previously used to cook anything.

I moved to a new apartment and while my kitchen is new and beautiful, I now have an electric stove. This Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Grill, sears beautiful chicken, steaks, fish, both whole and fillet. I soak it immediately after use and scrub it with a soft plastic scrubby sponge and voila it comes off clean. I never use harsh chemicals or steel wool, it will ruin the coating. This is a must-buy.

Maravilhosa essa grelha, mantém a temperatura constante por ser ferro, e é linda! Dá até pena de usar de tão linda haha.

Es mi primer sartén de hierro y la verdad lo he disfrutado en la cocina, todos dicen que traes en calentadar la verdad no siento la diferencia con uno de teflón, es más tarda en enfriar. No he probado otras marcas pero esta no necesita cursarse previamente, no se me pega nada en cuestión de res, polo o verduras una vez calentado y con un poco de aceite o mantequilla, no he probado pescados. Es 3 ves o más caro que uno de marca Lodge el cual no he probado pero al menos este puedo decir ur es garantía en calidad de material y acabado. A mí parecer es caro pero justifica el precio.
