I use many of Boldify products which add volume, body and texture. The Blow Dry Brush is my newest Boldify product that is unique in shape which helps to add volume while drying my straight fine hair. I would highly recommend Boldify hair products especially if your hair need volume.

This product was ordered for my wife and is reviewed by her.The BOLDIFY Professional Blow Dry Brush worked well on my hair for creating a smooth, straight look, but when I tried to curl my fine, thin hair - nothing! It is slightly lighter than some dryer brushes I've used, but I found the handle uncomfortable. It definitely gets hot - I actually burned my scalp. I wish it had a cool-shot button, rather than a switch and that it was really cool. I think that would make it easier to set curls. All in all, I think there are better products for a similar price on the market.

First of all, I want to qualify myself by stating that I was a licensed Hair Stylist/Salon Owner for 22 years.I am always interested in new styling tools, and this is not the first styling brush I’ve used. I’m going to start with a few pros and then cons.Pro’s1. Boar bristles used in this product prevent hair from tangling into the brush. Also helps close down the cuticle layer of your hair, and that’s how you get shine.2. Brush heats up well enough to dry your hair pretty fast.3.Ergonomically designed. Had no trouble navigating around my head.4.Brush is light weight.Con’s1. No matter what I tried, my hair came out bone straight, and I have naturally wavy hair.2. I don’t really understand the concept of the oval shape as opposed to round.3. This heats your hair to extreme temperatures on the high setting, your hair will burn your fingers if you touch it.4. Your ends will take the brunt of the heat.5. The lowest setting is considered cool, I didn’t consider it cool, it was still pretty hot, even after waiting.6. A cool-shot button is needed more than a cool setting. It’s easier to press a button to lock in and close down the cuticle layer while you’re still working on that section.7. You will need some sort of thermal protection, spray on with your styling product.8. You don’t get good lift off the scalp, if you’re looking for volume. You just can’t rotate this at the scalp like you would a round brush for lift, again, it’s oval, not round.All things considered, you may be able to make beachy waves if you’re hair is long enough. I couldn’t do it on mine, and I know every trick of the trade. If you want to straighten your hair ( Brazilian Blowout ) you could probably do it with this, but don’t expect much root lift.The Con’s outweigh the Pro’s, and I couldn’t really justify it for the price.

The Blow Dry Brush works well. It’s not too heavy. I think it works best if your hair is damp, not wet. I have tried a lot more expensive brushes, but this one works just as well. It’s definitely a good brush at a good price.

Love and use all Boldify products, but this just isn't right for my hair. Better than the one (different brand, same look/idea) I got some years ago that had settings on a twist knob at bottom of the handle. But for thin, curly hair that frizzes and kinks if not dried quickly, like the other one I have, the high setting is way too hot, the low setting blows too little air to dry properly.

So far so good👍🏻😁

This product is rather large and bulky and not easy to use with arthritic hands, but with much effort, I do like the end result of volume and shine. It won't be easy to pack for travel.
