There is nothing I don't like about this set. It is well made, oh so comfortable, and super easy to put together. All the screws are the same no fumbling to see which size screw you need. Pieces easily marked the chairs are two pieces. It's a snap. I have a small deck and I love the versatility of making this into lounge chairs or regular patio chairs. The pieces can be clamped together in any configuration and you can use it with or without the cushions.

Update!!!! I contacted the seller and they are sending out the a replacement for the faulty part. They were very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend this seller and this patio set!I really wanted to love this set. It was delivered earlier than expected, the cushion color matches the product picture to a tee, and the wicker is good quality. However, once we started assembling, noticed that one of the screws would not screw into part C. (was connecting F to C) The inner core ( which grips the screw) is missing. So sad that this purchase didn’t work out. Contacted the seller for a replacement part C or refund. Will update once I hear back from them. :(

The lounge was delivered in two large cartons. Assembly was easy with the instruction manual showing how to assemble with drawings and pictures. To fully assemble takes about one hour. I noticed two large defective parts and contacted the seller with pictures of the defective parts. The seller email me and replaced the parts at no charge to me. The back of the lounge is adjustable for your comfort.and the footrest and side table have room for storage. It’s made well and with care you will have many months of comfort. Great customer service

I purchased this item because I like the versatility. It's a reclining chair, a chair with an ottoman, and a lounger all in one. The pop-up side tray is both unique and convenient. I do not store the cushions in the ottoman. It doesn't appear to be weatherproof. Unfortunately this turquoise color doesn't match my other turquoise outdoor furniture (from 2 different companies). I would consider this color more of a seafoam green. However, it does matches my table umbrella, which was advertised as turquoise as well. I guess it depends on your definition, and vision, of turquoise. LolI find the chair to be comfortable. The one thing I don't like is that when you have the chair reclined to a lying down bed position, I have to find a position in which I can't feel the gap where the two cushions (seat & back) are connected (photo posted). That is a minor irritation. Also, the ottoman cushions do not stay in place.I am going to apply more velcro on my own. Hopefully that will solve the problem. Overall, I really like this furniture piece, and would definitely purchase it again. My son-in-law said that it's his favorite piece to our variety of outdoor furniture seating options. Oh! It came earlier than expected too! :)

Surprised patio set came faster than scheduled! Quite a few parts but easy to assemble. Took about 2hrs for one person. Would have been quicker with allen wrench power tool. The wicker seems nice and thick, cushions are thicker and comfortable and once assembled eaxh piece is very sturdy! But I did have some typical mass production problems, one footrest part did not have threaded screw hole and I contacted company through Amazon and they responded within 24hrs, sent replacement that day! Later I noticed the backrest was not working properly, again company responded and replaced immediately! Great customer service and backing their products.

It took me around 90 minutes to fully assemble. All holes matched up perfectly. Rich turquoise color looks really nice on our patio. These chairs must have a cover or the color on the cushions will fade.. Ours were in the sun for only a week before the cover we bought showed up and they had already faded a little. These chairs are sturdy, comfortable and adjust from an upright chair position to fully extended and flat. We are very happy with this purchase! We bought this: "Patio Loveseat Covers for Outdoor Furniture Waterproof Garden Deep Sofa Cover 62inch x 38inch x 35inch (L x W x H) Lawn 2-Seater Sofa Covers with Air Vent Beige & Brown" to cover the two chairs (in the upright position) and end table and we bought this: "Vailge Rectangle Patio Ottoman Cover, Waterproof Outdoor Ottoman Cover with Padded Handles, Patio Coffee Table Cover, Heavy Duty Patio Furniture Covers (Large, Beige & Brown)" to cover the two ottomans together. They are both just a hair larger than necessary but are very easy to put on and look very nice.

They are beautiful but completely full of water. Came out to drink my coffee and chill in the sun in the morning and was soaked because the cushions had soaked in all of the water. Everything else about them is amazing but how do you sell patio furniture for by your pool and not make them waterproof???? They will be full of mildew in a week max. So not cool. Also I emailed the seller because one of the cushions came already tore up (package wasn't broken just bag that cushion was in and cushion) and it's been almost 2 weeks and I have never heard back from them.

The set was very comfortable and easy to put together. You do need to study the instructions and make sure that you have the furniture oriented in the correct direction when putting it together.One of the ottoman screw holes did not line up, but did not lend to too much instability.I love that the unit the back is adjustable from flat to upright like a chair. I love how the ottomans, and the cushions store in the unit. It is so compact that I store it in my garage for the winter. Get a nice cover and when you measure take into account that the chair back folds flat. The one I got was a little large because I did not take that into account.I am very happy with the unit.
