Not sure what happened , but there was a pop , cracking noise and a piece went flying while using my Ender 3 V3.After some investigation, it appeared the adjuster failed, cracking easily since just plastic.The replacement part is some sort of metal, good price and easily installed.

It's been said a time or two that these things can be printed instead of purchased, but I'd like to counter that point with a couple of my own:1). What if you need this because of troubles you're already having with prints? Can't really print the replacement too well in that case.2). How much is your time (and filament) worth to you? Because this simple add-on cost less than the amount of filament I've wasted trying to figure out what's going wrong, and could have saved me 2 days of wasted printing time if I'd thought to buy it sooner.I'm all for printing things that you need customized just for your particular needs, like a desktop tool caddy, but for this? Just buy it already. It's made of more durable metal, is dead simple to install, and provides a feature that honestly should have been stock on this printer in the first place!Within minutes, I had this installed to my Ender 3 Pro, and belt slack was gone seconds later.Great bargain, looking forward to enhancing the y-axis later, too!

Replaced a printed belt tensioner that I was using on an ender 5, after several hundred hours of printing I noticed sub-standard prints and found my printed tension screw broken, this aluminum one was easy to install, exactly what the printer needed, now I can resume printing.

This works great on my CR10s and should be a 5 star product but wrong size bolts were provided. I had enough spare shorter bolts that I was able to quickly and easily install it. I bought the x-axis tensioner along with this item and that installed quickly easily, no need for additional hardware/parts.

Replaced a printed (PLA) tensioner on my CR-10 mini that came apart after a year or two of wear and tear. While I like printing mods in general, this is just more solid, easy to adjust and fits the rail and belt perfectly. The old printed mod was a little off and had some wiggle that led to some annoying belt rubbing from time to time.

This worked quite nicely in my CR-10. It's great being able to just turn a knob instead of pull on something and tighten bolts. If you know, you know.

I LOVE this product, I have one installed on my Creality CR-10 S5 and my Creality Ender 3 Neo. Very quick install, endless utility!

First impressions of this item is that it is very solid and has a very polished finish. Installation was was very simple on ender 3v2. Loosen the old belt, remove old tensioner, bolt on new tensioner with included T nuts, attach belt and tighten. I was able to reuse my existing belt. So far I am happy with the quality of this item.

This is well-made and works mostly. The idler gears barely fit Genuine Gates belts and if you have different brands, it might bind. I had to switch to Gates ones so that it didn't. Also the design of this tries to offset the mount point so you have more Y-axis clearance, but it's not enough. There's other designs out there that use the lower track of the 4040 extrusion which I suspect will have better Y-axis clearance. Be aware of this when you purchase it and maybe take that into consideration. Other than that it works, but no room for error.
