Annin Flagmakers California State Flag USA-Made to Official State Design Specifications, 4 x 6 Feet (Model 140470)

I love my CA flag that hangs in my yard, but over many years of exposure to the elements, it has faded and needed replacement. When deciding to purchase a new flag I looked at many different manufacturers to compare the quality of the images on the flag, as well as the stitching. My new flag from Annin Flagmakers just arrived and I am very pleased with the quality. I especially love the image of the Bear with the professional-looking shading, not like the childish ones I saw by other overseas distributors. And Annin is a U.S. manufacturer! I highly recommend this manufacturer if you are looking to purchase a quality flag.

For my Birthday this year I received a 20' flag pole. I've only wanted this for some time, anyway an American flag came with it, then I couldn't wait to get the California flag. Every Sunday I take the California flag down to put up my NFL team flag. There is just something to be said to look outside and see both flags flying in the wind. Thank you for having the nicest flag around. It so GREAT to be a United States citizen & very proud to fly the flags!! JoAnnPS: I should of mentioned this first, both flags are made by Annin. They are the best of all flags, the detail, sewing, etc are something to consider. Annin has the BEST!!!

We’ve had this guy for 3 years now and it’s held up really well. I put it out on the weekends and bring it with us to the beach. It flys really well at the beach and hasn’t shown any damage either. The 2x3 to new is a lot easier to live with than the standard 3x5.

Good materials and construction. Graphics and colors are solid, detailed and clear. The lighter parts of the bear are darker than some of the images on the product page. From what I could find, the original state flag did depict the bear with a lighter, yellowish color. Not a big deal. Perhaps over time the colors will fade and look lighter, but it looks good the way it came.

Nice flag!! I have been buying Annin Nyglo flags for years and hang them out for appropriate holidays. The grommets are real brass and never rust like cheaper flags, and the flags can be used for years without significant fading. I live in Texas and the only Annin Nyglo I have ever had to replace is my American flag which gets near continuous use. If you plan on using your flag outside for any significant amount of time or in varied weather, I really recommend Annin's Nyglo flags.

True to California flag standards and sizing. We will have to see how it weathers the hot summer.

I’m not sure why the image for the flag has such yellow on the grizzly. This is totally standard brown bear. It’s pretty good quality - standard for most MUSA flags I’ve bought.

Love my California flag! It arrived ahead of time, here in Vermont. I moved here in 2003, just wanted a little reminder of home. The quality is excellent. Got it displayed on my front porch, facing Lake Champlain!
