Lots of Great and Practical Information
I am a psychotherapist and recommended this book to my patients' diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder families and supports regularly. Stop Walking on Eggshells is easy to read and understand, it does include overly clinical terms or interventions, without defining these terms in plain language. This is a book that does not place blame on anyone. The author provides many examples of how to implement the strategies into a support's daily life. It is clear the author has a strong understanding of Borderline Personality Disorder and the ways it can tear apart the individuals diagnosed with the disorder as well as the relationships around those individuals. For anyone looking for ways to help bring structure and calmness to a loved one with the disorder or for those looking to better understand the disorder, this is a great book to have.

Helping me help my kid
As the parent of a child severely affected by trauma in foster care and mental health issues, this book opened my eyes in so many ways. Even if you’re dealing with RAD, anxiety, IED, etc and not BPD, I highly recommend this book.
