Not genuine animal leather. Feels like it but not quite. Hardly absorbs waters like natural leather does. It is functional. The inner lining is good too. Just not genuine natural leather. Makes for a great accessory.

Product looks good, has enough space for my laptop, charger and a small notebook. Material is soft leather. The only problem I have is with the quality of leather used in the strap. Strap leather feels like it has been stretched and is out of shape.Overall a decent product.Update - Apr 2019. 5 months and still going strong.
