I recently started a customized decorated sugar cookie business and wanted to expand my skills by using air brushing on my cookie icing. I had an order for trout fish and thought air brushing them would make them look realistic. This machine is perfect and having never air brushed before I was a bit skeptical. I opened the package, read the directions and it did take me a few tries to get it down perfect. I love this machine. The price was very good and the quality is amazing. Definitely would recommend it for decorating cookies. I've used the regular air brush colors and the metallic colors diluted with vodka. It does take practice to get the perfect combination and technique.

Picked this up for miniature painting, and it's a pretty solid airbrush. With properly thinned paints, it works well, though it sputters a little when letting off the trigger, especially if you aren't thinned enough. There's no cap to backflow air in order to mix, so that's a bit of a pain sometimes. I may 3D print a cap, honestly.I wish there was a numeric PSI readout anywhere, as you can't really hook a regulator up to this system.The hose slides over a port on the compressor, and there's a moisture trap inline with the hose as well. The hose just slides over the screw off connector on the airbrush.When I received it, it was assembled incorrectly and the auxiliary trigger lever (sits behind the trigger in the recess to push back the needle) was installed backwards. Nothing too major to fix, once I figured out why there was only 1/10th of the total pull that actually moved the needle, just had to take it apart and flip it.It's a single action airbrush, not dual action, though the trigger moves pretty freely vertically, which seemed odd. The .4mm needle isn't too bad, I'm able to do some fairly detailed work with properly thinned paint. I'd have preferred .3 but this works just as well.You won't be able to use the compressor with any other airbrush, nor will you be likely to use the airbrush with any other compressor, due to how the hose attaches. The compressor is quiet, and easily fits on a tabletop. My wife is unable to hear it when I'm using it just one room over. All in all, I'm pretty happy with it.Obviously, a tank compressor would get a better experience, and I wish I was more aware that the airbrush won't easily connect to a different compressor, but it's a good small airbrush or starter kit.

My first real airbrush. I purchased it to decorate Christmas cookies for family. I'm in no means a cookier, I'm more of a dabbler. This was ready to use with some quick, easy assembly. No real instruction on how to assemble but it wasn't difficult, just had to be sure I put the moisture filter on in the right direction. I had so much fun with it and it was SO easy to use. I'm planning on making cookies for my grandkids, using it, for Valentine's Day. I am seriously considering ordering another one to use for crafts so as not to mix paint & food coloring. Yes, I could order an additional gun but I really want to keep them separate.

This item was used. Itt had red food coloring on the tip..., and dried frosting on the gun. Was clogged and had to clean it first. Promptly returned it to Amazon. Bought one instead sold and shipped by Amazon. Great.

I absolutely love this airbrush system. I originally purchased it to do small projects because I was tired of lugging out my large airbrush system. Now I find I use this airbrush system on most everything and the large system sits in the closet and collects dust. It does a beautiful job.

This airbrush machine works great. I haven't had any trouble with it, and it's easy to use. The price was excellent. I highly recommend.

The flow is not very good but it gets the job done.
