Wonderful purchases.
Works well. Mouse is a little stiff. I was able to download the latest os. Not a gaming computer so look elsewhere if you need that. But it is half the price of when it came out in 2020.

DO NOT BUY ASURION!!!
The computer seems to be working fine, had an issue up front and called Asurion and their response was to just send it back. Did not offer 1 "let's try this" Called a friend and in a matter of minutes problem solved!! Don't waste your hard earned dollars on Asurion! Amazon, they make you and your company and products you sale look bad!!

Laptop randomly shut off and their was plenty of battery left
The media could not be loaded. This laptop was working for a few hours and then just shut off with no warning. There was still plenty of battery left and it won’t let me turn it on.
