This is some serious rope
These are very durable and heavy. As with any jump rope, don't use them on concrete or any other rough surface that will chew away at them. Really gets my arms burning and I get a good workout. you could use these to help someone out of a hole if it's not that far down. I'm sure you can use them to tie down some furniture while moving. If you got smacked by these you would get a concussion. You could probably use them to tie a person against or according to their will, if that's your thing.

Well-Made Time Saver
According to studies, a weighted jump rope is about 3 times as efficient as going for a walk. So, it can save you quite a bit of time in the long run.I thought this particular jump rope was well-made and doesn't seem as if it will wear out any time soon.The middle of the rope (the part that strikes the ground) has a protective covering to reduce wear and tear.Pretty good. As always, shop around.

Decided to get off the couch and do cardio. Almost forgot how to jump rope, lol (I’m serious). It’s heavy but that’s the point! This will get you going for sure and it hasn’t unraveled, still going strong.

Solid Rope
Great rope. I wasn’t prepared for how intense a 3lb rope would be, but that’s my fault lol. I did notice that it started rubbing a blister on my hand, but that may mean I just need to build callouses. But it’s sturdy, quality rope, and I expect this thing to last a looooong time.

Handles don’t swivel
I’m surprised this rope has so many positive reviews. To be fair, the quality is good. The rope is a good weight and the material seems good and sturdy. However, the handles are made of heavy duty rubber that has been wrapped around the fibers. The handles don’t swivel, which makes you have to adjust your grip after every rotation. I’ve never had a jump rope with a handle that doesn’t swivel. Didn’t notice that when I ordered. It was a while ago. Too late to return. Someone posted a video on here showing herself jumping with it. She’s not, actually holding it by the handles. I’m going to try that. Hope it is easier to use that way..,
