Better than expectations, completely satisfied with this hand blender!
I recently purchased this hand blender primarily for the price and power. I needed it to make a butternut squash soup and did not want to move hot soup from a crockpot to a food processor. Previously I would avoid making soups that required blending.I now wish I had purchased this year's ago! It worked absolutely great, better than my expectations.Additionally it included a coupon for a free meat chopper as a gift for the purchase. I email the company and was shipped this gift quickly. It is a attachment that has a blade similar to my food processor, the attachment has a container, the blade is removable for easy cleaning and is seated in a container with a top that the hand blender attached to.I have not tried it with meat yet but I did decide to try it as a food processor, while making a split pea soup, again in my crockpot, I peeled and sectioned a onion into manageable chunks much like I do with my food processor and placed them in the container, added peeled garlic and attached the hand blender. It worked great! Finely chopped the garlic and onion with little effort, while the attachment container is small it was plenty large enough for a medium to large onion and if anything worked better that my food processor because I did not have to wipe the bits from the sides to get larger chunks back down to the blade as I do with my larger food processor. The removable blade made clean up a breeze and I rinsed the container with a little water after adding the bulk of the chopped veggies to the pot.Going forward I plan to use this and shelve the larger food processor in favor of this blender. I couldn't be happier with this product and recommend it highly. The 500 watt mixer has plenty of power, the design makes it easy to use and to change attachments, so far besides what I have mentioned I have used the for my omlettes as well. If I have any issues I will revise this review.

Very POWERFUL!!!
This is my first immersion blender, so I have nothing to compare it to. I was given a bunch of apples that I could not eat before they went bad. So I decided to try and make apple butter for the first time. All the recipes that I found mentioned using an immersion blender, so I bought this one. It had good reviews and the price seemed good compared to the rest.I'm very impressed with this blender. It performed great. I could not believe how powerful it was. It took me a while to get used to the power and keep it off the bottom of the pot. It just kept sucking to the bottom of the pot. I had to use both hands to keep it at the proper depth. I must say that for a first time user of an immersion blender, I wish the instructions covered the proper use better. I was not sure if it was supposed to be used stuck to the bottom of the pan or suspended above it. I had no problem figuring out not to let it get too close to the top of the apples because it would splatter everywhere:). I'm looking forward to using this for other things. It seems to be well constructed. The accessories are easy to get on and off and easy to clean.

Great blender for the price!
It'll do the job well. The build quality isn't the greatest, but I've made several soups, sauces, and purees with it so far and it certainly does the trick. The whisk isn't that great- it tends to fall off if you use it too long. Blender is easy to clean and compact enough to fit in the drawer.

Easy to use and very versatile
Had to downsize for 2 months and I needed something to blend, whip, and mix. I cook 3 meals a day on most days. It works wonderfully for cream soups, blending milk or protein shakes, and even smoothies. It can do cake frosting, just not as good as a large mixer. I was super surprised about the frother and didn't realize it had one. It doesn't do as well with food that isn't really liquidy. such as thick mash potatoes or frozen fruit. The whisker is small therefore for creamy whipped mash potatoes, it has to be done in very small batches or they are very clumpy. I do like the beaker it comes with as it's the perfect size for the accessories. It's also very easy to hold an operate. With supervision my grandkids can use it to help as well as it stores well. I originally gave this a 4-star rating due to my thought it didn't whip as well as I had hoped. I was wrong. I made mash potatoes and was able to make a large pot, and they were creamy and well whipped and my 2nd and 3rd batch of frosting is magnificent. changing my original rating as this works so much better than I had expected.

Decent blender!
Pros: Blender works great! I found myself part of the thiccc (thick) coffee trend back in March and the attachments work awesome for it! I also make pies from pumpkins and it works great for the thicker stuff as well. Good for homemade hot cocoa with real chocolate in it, can also do mildly chopping on nuts and is great at smoothies. (Use small cubes or it won’t do anything.Cons: I don’t know if it’s just mine but after using it for 6ish minutes, it started to smell like burning plastic. Took the thing apart and it had stripped some of the attachments plastic off and it was a crumbly consistency inside (still warm). I put it back together and it shredded more, so I let it cool down and tried once more and it was fine. No idea why. There is one speed. Fast or off. I wouldn’t let kids near this especially blender attachment. Hair and fingers will easily get stuck and wound around it so be safe.
