Very comfortable, very warm, great quality!
Great socks. Super warm and comfy. Sometimes too warm that I had to take them off. But even if they were too warm, my feet never got sweaty, just hot. This is a great thing! You know your toes will be toasty.***PRO TIP: Turn your socks inside out. Where are the seams in a sock? Answer is the inside. A socks seam will rub against your foot. To make them ultra comfortable, turn them inside out. They look exactly the same, except the seam is on the outside. No one will see the seam too if you wear shoes or slippers. And even if they do, the seams don't look ugly.

A great buy
Thicker and more warm than smartwool mountaineer extra heavy crew socks. I suggest pairing with a quality liner sock. If looking to keep feet warm while wearing boots in cold temps, the combo of the liner and these socks are gonna be all you need for your base. If more warmth is required, then you'll want to evaluate your boots. Make sure you have the right level of insulation and waterproofing needed based on temps and your activity level.

Large too big for 9 1/2
Great sock, but the large was too big for a men’s 9 1/2 shoe. Would give 5 stars if the sizing wasn’t confusing. Difficult to know which one to buy based on the choices. Medium was 5-9 so I bought large. Great for wearing around the house, but need to buy the medium to wear with shoes or boots.

OK but are big and droop
I get cold feet and hoped these would help as Ive had icelandic wool products before. They go on with a soft reasonable fit but quickly start falling down your leg and soon you are just wearing a droopy bag on your feet which doesnt keep your feet warm. Suggest anyone looking at these drop down a size or the manufacturer should consider a different approach.

Super warn
I use these for sleeping at night. Keeps my feet super warm on cold nights when camping. Socks would be to large to fit in a normal boot.
