Instant improvements on squatting movement patterns
I’m very happy so far with the wodlifts. It made hitting depth much easier eventhough I was using Romaleos without them. Increased my stability because the extra space it takes in the shoe makes the shoe fit a bit better so there’s no too much wiggle room. I get less anxious when getting down into the whole and feel stronger too. The total heel height is probably now around 1.25 inches and because of that I much more upright and my legs get more work done instead of my lower back. This way I can train with more volume on squats without my back being the limiting factor and it gives my back more time to recover so I can get more out of my deadlifts too. Front squats also benefit from the extra heel so I can get better at them faster. Overall great product.

Excellent product for the price and easily fits in a gym bag!
For this price? These are incredible. My lifts have steadily been going up on a linear progression and i'm fairly confident these are responsible. For about 3 months I had what I believed was a hip impingement slowing my squat down but after some rest and change in leverage thanks to these inserts the hip pain is almost completely gone. At time of writing this I've probably been using the WODlifts for about 2 months. I only have 2 Complaints. The first is how it feels under your heel when inserted in a shoe. I assume it seems a little off since it's not built into my actual shoe. The second is sizes available. For me it could be slightly smaller and having more than 1 heel height would be nice also. But these two things are very minor annoyances. Overall you will not be disappointed, especially if cost is your deciding factor.

So i was skeptical when i ordered these. First of all i do not do crossfit. I have been bodybuilding and powerlifting recreational for 10 plus years... due to some hip and ankle injuries i thought my days of squats and deads were done. So i got my wodlifts yesterday and today is legday so i was pretty excied to try these out. I am still midworkout and had to take a minute to write this. I am stoked! For anyone that loves to lift in any way amd cant afford $200 lifting shoes i highly reccomend these! Super sturdy, great balance, and they freaking work! Anyway just my two cents but one of the best buys i have made in a while. Looking forward to the gains i am sure to get! Great product!

Work as intended but would love to see more size options
As a CrossFitter who has had both ankles fused and a total of 20+ foot/ankle surgeries, I was hoping this would help with my limited ankle mobility. A wod that has overhead squats and jump rope for example, I'm not able to use lifters so my squat depth is limited. These seem to do exactly what they say they will. I just wish they offered a higher height option, such as 3/4", maybe even 1" lift for those out there like me who are extremely limited in mobility. If anything like that is ever developed, put me at the front of the line for a pair!

I actually bought these because my ankles suck. Had been squatting with 10lb plates underheels for anlong time but they created knee pain bc my mid foot had no pressure on it. I had squat shows but got raging back pain from it...I bought these threw em in the squat shoes and ta da!! Hitting depth like never before no pain anywhere its great. I also started working on my ankle mobility to hopefully not need the wod life but for now theyre awesome.

They work!!!
Been lifting for over 25 years with a break for triathlons. When I came back my ankle flexibility wasn’t less than it was. Especially with heavier weight. These instantly let me get back close to parallel at 455. Getting back there with 500. They work. And I still run 10 miles a week.

Deep squat solution
This was worth the price. I can squat with no ankle limitations, finally I can go deep squats without giving up my form. Highly recommend for those who have limited ankle mobility.

My achilles tendons have been sore for months from Cross fit wods that have running or double unders. With these in my shoes, for the first time, my heels/ankles aren't trashed after the workouts. If you have ankle mobility issues and/or you are a heel strider, these are a simple fix.
